Request Aborted 500 error

Hi Team,
Since a week, I am unable to login into my upstox web account. I tried all the possible ways like clearing cache, cookies, history, tried another browser, tried another source of internet etc. but no luck. I have raised a ticket and thats of no use at all. Kindly someone please help.
