Error code 16585, account nos is not valid

Hi I’m facing the issue reason showing 16585 not a valid account no. Pls help

The rejection is from the Exchange and it could be because of KYC validation pending.

Please check this article and follow the steps carefully to complete the KYC validation: What is the process to verify KYC details (email and mobile number) registered with KRA? - Upstox Help Center

Once you raise a ticket, let us know the ID and we will get in touch with you soon.

Thanks for sharing your UCC. As we can see, you applied for segment addition yesterday and it has got processed from our end. However, it is now pending with the Exchange and the segment will mostly get activated by today EOD.

As we can see, you applied for segment addition and it has got processed from our end yesterday. However, it is now pending with the Exchange and the segment will mostly get activated by today EOD.
