Charts are lagging/ freezing. Not running smooth

Dear Team.
Do something. Charts are again freezing. Dhan’s chart is running good on another tab. But Upstox charts are getting stuck.

Please do something…

Sorry I don’t have ticket id. And not willing to raise also. If Everyones chart is working fine then may be there is some issue with my system. May be my processor does not compatible with upstox and working good with other brokers.

No @vishalchawda I reported this may be couple months ago also and this seems to be issue from Jan. Try this…
Open trading view chart option, and select 2X2 multi layout and pick same ticker with different time interval… and leave the chart…
Facing this problem in both combination
Chrome, MacOSx
Chrome, Win11

someone please look into this… i stopped trading in upstox because of this issue. @Ushnota @Ketan @Pradeep_Jaiswar

I tried using Nifty in multi TF (15/5) with Split View and the cpu usage on the browser got to 100 too making it lag/freeze.
Never thought that using same ticker with different TF would cause an issue. Thanks for pointing it out. I’ll check if I’m suffering from the same issue. Hope @Upstox team looks into it.

it freezed and lagged… but it seems better this time… it took couple of hours to freeze
