My account segment is deactivated, I want to activate my segment. For the same we have dropped the mail and taking follow up from last 10 Days. But noone is responding.

It’s my humble request kindly envolve your team and resolve this issue on priority basis.

We have also called to Upstox Customer support.
But not getting proper response, every time team said we have highlighted your case and from support team someone will help you ASAP.

It’s very critical for me please help us on priority..

  1. Very important After placing limit order, it is not visible on chart, we need to open order panel to cancel or modify it. All pending orders/open positions must be visible on chart

As we have checked still issue is not resolved.

We have also shared the error snap.

While we are selecting the below options-
setup >> Bulk Setup >> Counter BOID is not showing.

We have followed the steps which was shared by upstox team…
