Yesterday I got call from your team, he has suggested to remove Trusted BO ID and now it is showing DP authentication pending we have also shared the snap with video clip.
Still we don’t have received any update from your team that Trusted BO ID removal authentication approved or not, after than he will again proceed to add BO ID details..
Please check with your team to proceed further on priority…

As per your team request we have removed the BOID from the trusted Account on 26/jun/25. And your team also confirmed when we successfully removed the trusted BO ID from your account. I will confirm over the mail and than again proceed add Trusted BO ID..
But still we don’t have received any update from your team. We are taking a follow up from 30/May/25 for resolution of this issue..
Kindly share an ETA that when this issue will be resolved ???

@Ushnota , is it possible you can share your mail id or you can add your mail which mail chain is going on. Last time your team has reverted on another mail thread, where ticket is not mentioned.

I have dropped first mail on 30/May/25 and today is 3/Jul/25, but still we are there ??

But Upstox team is not able to do the work for which we are taking follow up last 30/May.
