Please help @Ushnota . While trying to sell my holdings or placing a new order it is getting rejected by saying , pan and aadhar is not linked or status is not updated. But it has been done months ago and status in upstox is showing ‘pan and aadhar is linked you can trade now’. Its been a week i am trying to liquidate my holdings. Called customer care several times, nobody is attending the call, waited whole day. Mailed to customer care and head of customer care, no reply. I dont know how can i rely on upstox anymore. I was only using upstox for past 4 years.

I have linked pan and adhaar months ago . Status is also updated in upstox, still orders are rejecting by saying that. Please do the needful
