Urgent Resolution Request Regarding Abrupt Partnership Termination – Ticket ID 9148783

I am writing to express my concern and seek immediate clarity regarding the abrupt termination of my partnership with Upstox, associated with Ticket ID 9148783. I received an acknowledgment of my query on April 15, but since then there has been no official response despite repeated follow-ups.

On April 15, I received confirmation that my ticket had been logged. However, after 17 days of complete silence, I was compelled to escalate the matter by contacting the Level 4 CEO Helpline. I was eventually connected with Sujay on 022-7114 6941, who stated that I would receive a response from the customer team “as soon as possible.” There is no response as of now.

This prolonged delay is unacceptable given the impact on my business and the new clients I want to onboard under the partnership. I now urgently request:

  1. A clear explanation of the reason behind the termination of my partnership.
  2. Detailed guidance on how the partnership can be restored and how I can regain access to the client codes I personally onboarded.

Please treat this matter with the seriousness it warrants. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution by May 10, I will be forced to move all my clients to another brokerage firm, having already waited over 20 days without a resolution.

I trust that Upstox values its partners and will respond promptly.
