I am writing to express my concern and seek immediate clarity regarding the abrupt termination of my partnership with Upstox, associated with Ticket ID 9375540. I received an acknowledgment of my query on June 16, but since then there has been no official response despite repeated follow-ups.
- A clear explanation of the reason behind the termination of my partnership.
- Detailed guidance on how the partnership can be restored and how I can regain access to the client codes I personally onboarded.
Please treat this matter with the seriousness it warrants. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution by July 20, I will be forced to move all my clients to another brokerage firm, having already waited over 20 days without a resolution.
