Clarification regarding partnership cancellation without any reason,email communication and reactivation steps

I am writing with reference to your recent email informing me of the termination of my sub-broker partnership (Partner ID: 254994) effective 5 April 2025.

Your message mentions a prior communication sent on 4 March 2025 titled “Formal notice of Partnership Termination.” I would like to respectfully inform you that I did not receive any such email or notice on or after that date.
