It seems this is the current one. As I have reported the same issue multiple times and even escalate the same to escalation matrix as well, but it seems, these are just emails and handling by same support personnel.
We checked your details. Please note that we have already reset the data on February 17, 2024. You can now re-enter your purchase price for DP transferred shares and recheck the discrepancy tab for the same. Incase you are not being able to update it, please share a screenshot of the same and we can assist further, thanks.
I am deeply concerned about the quality of support I received. To fix one typo in a single script, your team has reset all my script values. It took me days to complete all the entries, and now everything has been erased.
Who will re-enter all the values again? This is unacceptable and has caused significant disruption to my work. Additionally, I was not informed about this action. I could have tolerated the existing issue rather than redoing everything from scratch.
This level of support is the worst I have ever experienced from a tech company. I demand immediate clarification on who is responsible for this, why I wasn’t notified, and what steps will be taken to rectify this situation promptly.

We have checked the data and will reinstate the old average price for all the scrips. We will also be resetting the average price for the scrip name mentioned by you in the email ticket. You can expect these to be done by the weekend.

Furthermore, I just noticed another issue. In the Upstox app, the Holding Breakdown is showing an old entry of 99 quantities (Qty), which has already been sold. It became visible right after I bought 99 quantities today. Please look into this mess, as it has disrupted everything and i don’t where else this reset impacted.
