Despite multiple follow-ups, I only receive repeated apologies — but no real solution. This is unacceptable.

I request you to immediately provide a clear resolution on the following:

  1. How can I add funds and manage margin requirements while the account linking issue remains unresolved?

  2. What is the exact timeline for permanent resolution of this problem?

Please note — I do not want any further apologies. What I need is a specific solution to the problem.

This prolonged delay is not only affecting my ongoing trades but is also putting me at serious financial risk. Your repeated commitments without action have already caused unnecessary stress and operational difficulties.
