Delay in linking & de-linking bank accounts

today one of my bank accounts got locked .. so i wanted to add link bank account to upstox, .. but upstox only support upto 4 banks .. so i have to de-link one account inorder to add new. but theres no option to de-link, i had to raise the ticket [#9591946] … and ticket will take i dont know how many days to solve … last time i tried to add new account it took 3-4 days ….

on the other hand, i tried to add account on Groww app.. you know what, it took only 1-minute, no delays, no tickets nothing … very smooth user experience .. ive been loyal user of upstox since lot of years .. why upstox not able to implement this ?

thank you @Ushnota, account got unlinked … now i added new bank account … can u approve it from your side quickly so that I can add funds and resume trading (without any further delay)

Also, im hoping upstox will implement instant approvals in near future.

im sorry, its too late .. i linked the bank instantly in Groww app and added funds and started trading.

I don’t like Groww’s user interface or usability in any way. but i’m being forced to use Groww due to this delay in Upstox’s bank linking/unlinking ..
