Bank account addition failure

Hi, I requested to add my new bank account to my upstox account. It has been one and half months. Still the request is pending. Regarding this, I contacted customer care once and raised two tickets. Nothing happened and the problem persists. I wonder why the upstox team is so irresponsible! Also I am unable to change the primary bank account. If the problem is not resolved within one week I am closing my account and moving to better brokers.
