I am trying to activate commodity segment and system asl me for otp and i entered the same after i ask to link bank account and two account shown to link but that both accounts does belong to me. My axis bank is already link oth other segments but axis bank account does not show hare.
when i ask to customer care they even dont know and ask me to raise ticket i raised ticket on 15.09.2025 vide ticket no-9562315 but i did not get response till yesterday i got reply today but reply is useless. they even dont get my point and send me different video link to activate the segment. but i did not get same screen or steps to activate the segment. i directly asked to link bank account.
