Can't activate segments. The error comes while finding bank account with my mobile number

I have already added two bank accounts, and while activating segments, it finds the linked bank account with my mobile number. It just does not find any, and when I press on upload documents manually, it refreshes the page and sends me back to activate segments. I tried multiple times, but it just does not work. Please help me with this issue.
