I am writing to request an update to my KYC information and to reactivate my dormant account segment. I am currently unable to update my bank details or income proof due to an error message stating, “You have no active Segment.”
When I attempt to reactivate my segment, the system automatically fetches my old bank details, which are no longer valid. These include:
* Paytm Payments Bank: This account is now closed.
* Oriental Bank of Commerce: This bank has been merged with Punjab National Bank, and the account details are no longer current.
To resolve these issues, please assist me in updating my information to my current bank account with Punjab National Bank. I need to be able to submit both my updated bank details and my income proof to reactivate my account segment successfully.
