RE KYC unavailable

I am getting an error message while trying to update my Nominee details that reads like “Your registered name doesn’t match with submitted KYC documents” . when I try to do my re kyc i get an error message that reads like “The Re-KYC process is temporarily unavailable. Please reach out to our customer care team for further information. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time”. How do i sort this out
