Poor customer support (Segment activation pending since 72 hours )

Hi Upstox Team,

Just wondering, how long does it usually take to activate a segment on your platform? My profile says it’s activated, but when I try to trade commodities, I keep getting a “client inactive” message. Every single time.

Your support team has been super consistent , they keep sending the same templated replies and tell me to “read the above information.” Very helpful, thanks.

So, how long should I wait for this simple activation to actually work? Would be nice to know so I can plan my trades instead of playing the waiting game.**
