I have applied for segment activation (Equities and derivatives) on my demat account on 13Dec 2023, but it has been more than 3 weeks it has not been activated.
I cannot sell my holdings. When i try to sell shares I get error. Please help to resolve my issue.

hello my account id is 887744 i have done my kyc and my segments are showing active. but when i sell my holdings it is showing an error like " your segments are not active". i have raised ticket as well kindly help me on this my ticket id is - 8270904.
