Hello Support team. Pls provide solution or some of reliable script in which this problem not raise. Currently Ping out issue raise data gap. and impact of this goes direct trade.

Can you please tell which version of websocket you are using, v2 or v3?

I m using web socket version v3 and hold for sometime and after 20-30 sec it restart specially in nifty. in Sensex same problem facing but frequency is little bit.
