Sent 1011 (internal error) keepalive ping timeout; no close frame received

The following error keeps popping when I try to fetch nifty 50 ltp via websocket.

ERROR:main:Failed to fetch Nifty 50 LTP
ERROR:main:Error fetching LTP for NSE_INDEX|Nifty 50: sent 1011 (internal error)
keepalive ping timeout; no close frame received

Kindly guide why this is happening? It seems it happens every minute. I am only asking one ping every second can someone help me regarding this

same error is being popped to me for options_greeks mode.
