I have already lodged FIR on 7th July in cyber crime, have shared their bank detail, screenshots and phone numbers, whatever I had with police. I dont know whether this money will be recovered, but I am still shocked to see that still they are operating inspite of so many complaints and Upstox not clearing us what steps they have taken.

We have to work collectively to make sure our pain does not go in vain. As expressed many, Upstox attitude to our grievances is quite casual. We all are familiar with Upstox and hence deposited the money in good faith.
This fraud seems to be going on for a few months. If only Upstox had warned the public through various media, the damage would have been much lesser.
I feel that all of us must meet physically in Mumbai or Delhi to discuss how to take this forward.

I am also a victim of this scam and have lost a total of 14lakhs . I have also sent an email to upstox victim mail id please authenticate and add me on the group.
In most cases money is already lost so even if you have a cyber cell complaint they cannot do much.
But my main goal is Upstox need to tell this in a public platform. These people should not operate ever again and noone should become victim of this fraud.

Please donāt invest in any securities, international instititutes, they are all international fraudsters.like Rajat chopra saying he represents Upstox, Upstox has nothing to do with Rajat Chpra. The assistant tell us to invest money more and more money, then once we gain profit thru their system and want to withdraw, they say that the user has added wrong a/c details, there for u r blocked and finally tell us to pay penallty to get back the amount.

Can we request you guys at upstox , what actions are taken by you as this whole scam is being done in the name of upstox? why there is no announcement on tv channels or newspaper clearing doubts about upstox , this also may help to stop further scams with other peopleā¦ I think people here are suffered a lot and given all the details about whatspp group, contact nos and screen shots. Mr Rajat Chopra is using upstox official address and contact nos. We would like to know the actions taken by Upstox.

Looks like the same team changed their names and doing same scam upper circuit and ipos stock investment under the name of chief strategist RAMAN VERMA FRAUD using name NUVAMA SECURITIES started from August 01 and continuing scam innocent people.
They have changed colors of the website and changed logo instead of upstox now nuvama securities.

The accused is doing scam with very big scam network and very confidently they are doing this biggest scam.
I accidentally visited this thread and learnt that this is continuing now with different names but same strategical scam.
