Friends, I am also affected. I have an idea. When you did the transfer you would have notice some bank account. If at all you have those details, I think we have to inform Cyber crime team to take action on those account holders. By doing so I think we can narrow down to that fraud Rajat Chopra. He has plenty of mobile no’s is what I understand.

First of all i should thank you to this community that i came out of the same upstox scam.I was also almost affected with this scam but luckily i came out with my hard earned invested amount. So i want to help you guys with available info which i had and can share details. Agree that we can block the Account where deposts are accepted. These guys are very clever that they created a fake SEBI certificate to accept the funds via third part account for upstox.

Please do not share your personal information with anyone claiming to be affiliated with Upstox who isn’t officially associated with our organisation. Immediately block accounts claiming to be Upstox which aren’t from the list below.

Not sure on this but it looks like somthing improper going on at Upstox. First they asked me to pay for AP registration, which I paid 11800 NSE charges and then 5900 annual charges and after payment in about four months I received partnership termination mail . And since April 07 2025 iam trying to reach them by raising support ticket ,I dont see any response from them . On calling customer support help desk they telling call be arranged in 24 to 48 hrs . But no response . Through this channel ( might not be right ) i want to bring this to mgm and upstox partners to be vigilant and keep back up incase of loosing the partnerhip. My hard work of fours years wasted . And my clients are at dilema bcos Upstox doesnt respond and I dont have authority to help .

@Vaibhav_Naik New Scam in the name of Upstox is still live with Realistic AI stock report and daily analysis of market impersonating the name “Prof. Kapil Jaikalyani” I have already sent the details to cybersafety@upstox.com. Fake app impersonating upstox is also operating live.I have added few screenshots of the app and main phone numbers. Your immediate attention will be much appreciated in order to prevent further scam.

Interesting thing is that the app is still live. @Ushnota If you can reply my complaint mail, I will provide my login credentials of that app along with the link and full watsapp chat so that you can check in and out of the functions of that fraudulent app using the name of Upstox & Prof Kapil Jaikalyani. I have restrictions to upload more things in this forum.

Anyone who is affected like me, make a quick complaint in cybercrime and pass information to cybersafety@upstox.com
