This criminal is operating with some other number in the other group. His number in the other group is 7898143289
There seems to no action at all. They can track down the accts to which money was transferred, withdrawls and other activities. These fraudsters could be using the innocent owners of the accts also. All the bank accounts are registered on some establishment and they are not individual accounts.

Rajat Chopra is using the address of Upstox of both Delhi and Mumbai, he is also using the SEBI, CIN, NSE etc - registration details of upstox and this is known to upstox as so many of us of come out on public. Despite the fact, upstox is silent and just giving a set reply to all our comments. This raises their integrity, loyality, truthfulness towards the country and countrymen. Secondly, Chopra has used 1000s of mobile numbers and accounts of common man which implies either they are part of the scam or their have souled their account/sim. In either case, as per the law they have given a base to a culprit to do fraudulent activities which implies they are equally at fault and liable to pay us as we have transferred the amount to them. Their contact/address details are available in the banks. So it is not at all a big deal, should the cyber crime have the will they can catch each and every person involved very easily. Because Indian mobile numbers and banks accounts have been used. So many of them cannot just run out the country. A joint effort is the need of the hour, and lets create a watsapp or telegram group and call upon the victims to join and lets discuss our modus operandai their and not here. Please reply for an early complaint to the home minister as cyber crime has not come up well to act on our case which is a scam all over the country.

A combined effort filing a detailed complaint to the Home Minister is very necessary, as this is a national cause, customers all the county fell prey in the hands of Rajat Chopra. Lets have our own group to discuss the matters and move forward. we can keep postings things here but our action should not come here as it will affect us in achieving our aim.

I have filed a complaint with national cyber crime police and also with SEBI. the police has advised to wait for a couple of days, and need be can file an FIR.
Can we pls create a whatsapp group to plan the next actions ?

The issue is this thread is public and this gang is following this thread. Many of us including me will be in a dilemma to share further identities. I wish to be part of this fight but I donāt want to fall into another trap again!!

As brought out by @atm007, i too firmly believe that the fraudster is also here within us to reveal our next course of action. I have spoken to various officials and have some inputs which i wish to share to genuine victims who wanted to participate in the combined efforts to nab the culprit. like everyone here, i too lost a huge amount money and wish that at least we get our hard earned money back leaving the profit apart. Late action will cause more loss to us. So in order to have a foolproof group of individuals who are victim in this case are requested to share their CSR/FIR and the detailed acknowledgement downloaded from national cyber crime portal which will be of a few pages. I am asking this in order to avoid fraudster getting into our group. The people who have joined the group already are kindly requested to share their CSR/FIR and acknowledgement as these are very well required for our next course of action as supporting documents. Combined fight against this corruption is the need of the hour. I am from Tamil Nadu and i do not mind even joining the group of people of Delhi to file the case. End of the day the MHA is a national body and we can file our cases anywhere in India. We have fell prey to Rajat Chopra, why donāt you guys come for a joint effort. If someone wanted to initiate and work for, i shall be cooperating. Even when i have initiated, i shall be needing help from you guys as well. so please think over and get back to me. I am a genuine victim and looking for the same to make a joint effort.

I donāt see much progress being made on my case by the cyber crime department, note that the FIR was lodged on 24th July. They just still on the case and when I visit the police station they look through the emails to find the responses on the beneficiaries. I agree with @PLSingh that we need to push this to a national level and seek help from higher officials to track the bank accounts/phone numbers and backtrack the culprits.

please download the cyber crime acknowledgement from the portal which has all the details of your complaint and covert your csr/FIR to pdf format and send these two documents in pdf form for further action and for adding you in the group

cyber crime is controlled by home ministry, you can add on the victims of other states as well and project a holistic complaint
