Either Upstox or some big shot closer to home ministry need to be involved in this case. Otherwise this investigation will not get any momentum or they may not even investigate

I was so ashamed of falling into this trap that I took multiple loans as was lured into paying of my home loan by making some quick money through this app led by āRajat Chopraā. Finally took some courage in lodging a complaint in cybercrime portal,and now will follow this group and posts to align myself with a collective effort in nabbing this criminal and if possible, try to recover my lost āhard earnedā money, cannot sleep properly since a few days, thinking how fell into this trapā¦Lesson learnt is āthere is no easy means to earn money quicklyā and " to be vigilant about new apps and whatsapp messagesā¦ Please include me in this collective fight and let me know what best can be done, and how to collaborate in a bigger group and forum. I can put all the account details,screenshots, whatsapp messages in a forumā¦
Please file a FIR and also file a complaint with sebi. We need someone at the political level or at the higher police offical fir prompt action. In the name of upstox these goons areminting money. I wrote to upstox (original) and told them that their address, cin, sebi, nse registration numbers are being used by the goons. Despite the fact upstox does to interfere. Sir, I also felt ashamed about this. A simple google search would have enlightened and we would have saved hard earned money. But these goons have very methodical approach and they make this whole fraud so real including refreshing the data in the application

I am also a victim of this fraud & following up with different channels to get my hard earned money back.
Cyber fraud complaints and RBI reporting are the primary steps though but one of my source working in crime branch suggested few of the things.
I need support from group members belongs to Delhi specifically ,so that a joint complaint can be raised ( I.e more than 10 peoples) for fast-track mode.

Any progress on the FIR filed so far ? These frauds continue to operate without any fear. Looks like they are top notch criminals even Cybercrime department cannot track them down. These criminals could be operating from outside India

Hi everyone, i have complained to cyber crime on 04th Aug, and in a couple of days they said we shall file an FIR as cyber crime office has no power for FIR, it is the SP who has to initiate it seems. They have given a CSR in the interim and said they are working towards it since the application was launched online.
i wanted to know if the cyber crime branch was able to take some action which is known to the complainants like ceasing of funds, or finding out how the app is functioning. it is working under a domine and govt can take steps to stop that so that they cannot move further in the same app or so.
Even I trapped into this Rajat Choprās Gang running a Fraud Upstox platform both from IOS & Google Play Store, I lost 1.5 Lakh rupees and lodged complaint with Cyber Crime online portal
As I was struggling to pay the credit card bills, Home Loan, Car Loan & school fees. Thought that I can come out of this financial crunch by earning quick money from market, but fell into Rajat Chopra, Lata Gragās trap and lost the hard-earned money.
I donāt know how to get back my lost money, it would be great if Police & Govt help us to nab the Rajat Copra & Gang and recover all lost money.
