Hello,
I am not able to buy nifty option futures , when i tried to place an order it is showing 16585 not a valid account number. My adhaar and pan card are already linked. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

The rejection is from the Exchange and it could be because of KYC validation pending.

As discussed, there’s a KYC issue and you had to update your mobile number and email ID. We have already sent the details to CVL KRA to update the same.
