I am facing an issue while trying to set up an e-mandate through the portal. Every time I attempt the setup, the process fails with an NPCI request timeout error and does not complete successfully.
I am currently accessing the portal from Europe. Could this be causing the timeout issue?
Also, I am trying to link my NRE account, not an NRO account.
Has anyone else faced this issue while setting up an e-mandate from outside India or with an NRE account? Any guidance or workaround would be greatly appreciated.
