Need advice even though I have raised a ticket with Upstox.
Unable to make any investment via NEFT since yesterday.
1st screen says “payment failed”;
then next screen pops up saying “Complete the netbanking request … browser”. “We’ve opened … referred bank”.
This screen doesn’t open.
Then final message “payment failed”.
Facing this issue since yesterday. Tried umpteen times.
As this is my 1st post, I am restricted from attaching more than one Screenshot. Hence, attaching the 2nd screenshot, where the bank page message comes but the page doesn’t open.
Request guidance.

I did not face any issue since yesterday during the below MF transactions:
- investments via UPI
- investments via the MF AMC portal
Faced an issue with Upstox transactions only, multiple times. Your audit logs would show. Enclosing the message screenshots now cited in my first post today.
