HI team UPSTOX i am following up and sending emails to service desk since last 3 months but my problem is not resolved. I have created multiple tickets#9527409 #9610696#9660831#9669221 .
When i want to transfer money from my registered bank account to my wallet error message is Payment failed due to Security Reason. I checked with my bank but from their side no problem as i can do NEFT to other accounts. I have attached screen shots in my all emails. When my probelm will be solved? Its very sad to see poor response from UPSTOX
@Ranjeet_1191994 - The bank is not allowing you to make a NEFT payment due to a cyber issue with our HDFC bank account. You can go ahead with the UPI method or use the netbanking option available in the app to make the payment.
