The ticket ID is 9530649. They promised a to do the same in 24 hrs, but it’s been 48 hrs since the last request was raised. Why the authentication have not yet been done.
This been a constant issue with your service standards now. Very poor and non user friendly.

72 hrs passed still not done. You are now forcing me to escalate this concern. Such a simple work of authentication and you are not able to handle such requests as well. It’s better to close down your office if you are not able to handle such simple customer requests.

On reaching out to your team several times, requesting them to resolve my simple issue which should not had take more than 24 hrs, took entire 4 days. You people still would not have helped me out if I haven’t lodged a complaint with Sebi. Whose responsible for the loss which I incurred due to this delay.
