New Bank Account Addition under process even after TAT

I added a new bank account, but it is still under process after TAT my ticket ID is 8513694

In escalation Matrix
Level 1 is useless. It AI based & don’t understand any issue that is not feed from backend
Level 2 only creates the ticket for you.
Level 3 only confirms that your ticket is being generated.
Level 4 just promices to get back once they get reply from backend.

I am starting to proceed the closure of account & move to Zerodha
