myEasi to myEasiest Account Upgrade

I raised a ticket (ID: 9368257) almost a week ago regarding the upgrade from myEasi to myEasiest account, but I haven’t received any response yet.

Can someone please look into this and help me out?

Hi, my TPIN is not working. I used the “Generate TPIN for eDIS” option from Upstox and entered the latest TPIN received via SMS, but I’m still getting an “Invalid PIN” message on CDSL. Now my TPIN has been locked. Please help me unlock it.

Do you know why this might be happening? I’ve been trying to complete an off-market transfer for a few weeks now. I have updated this on the same thread: 9368257.

Doesn’t Upstox approve Easiest transfers automatically?
It keeps showing “Txn Ready for DP Auth” and then expires. I had tried this on Friday, and again today—the request for today was actually submitted on Friday itself. It’s still not approved. How long does Upstox usually take to process such requests?

I’ve initiated a new transaction today and have updated the same in my ticket: 9368257.
Could you please also let me know how I can get my transactions authenticated by Upstox without having to create a ticket each time?

My easiest transaction wasn’t authenticated today due to insufficient balance. I just found out through a customer service email—this wasn’t mentioned during the call earlier today with the team.

I’ve now added sufficient balance and initiated a new transaction for tomorrow. I’ve also updated ticket #9368257.

Could you please approve it as soon as possible? Let me know if anything else is needed in advance. I’ve been trying to get this completed for over three weeks now.

@Ushnota, Hi, it’s not actually resolved. The transfer didn’t go through again today. Could your team please fully resolve the issue before closing the ticket so quickly?
