My kyc status is shown as failed on dotex kra as seen in screenshot. Last week i validated my kyc email and mobile no. through links that i got from Upstox using my aadhar ( digilocker ) credentials. It was successfully done but now its showing as failed as i checked it today. I also tried to do the validation on DOTEX kra website (https://www.nsekra.com ) but there is no option there to validate email and mobile. Please confirm what needs to be done here. My upstox. id is AC9508. I also opened a ticket #8458364

It’s now 18april and kyc is still showing as on hold from Dotex. I validated my email and phone on 29th March through links that i got from upstox. I wrote an email to dotex kra also and got a reply that broker needs to update my details, that’s why it’s showing as on hold. Reply attached. Please advise what needs to be done to solve this issue and get the kyc updated.
I had sent email to dotex kra and they replied to me saying that broker needs to raise a kyc modification request and they have not received any kyc modification request from my broker (reply attached). I had earlier validated my kyc email and mobile from the link i got from upstox on 29 march and continuously following with you since then. Everytime I just get a message that you are working on the solution. This is not acceptable. What do i have to do to get solution. Please help me solve this problem as soon as possible.
Are you guys even interested to solve this issue. You take 4 days to reply to my emails everytime I write to you. If you are not interested to solve this issue, then let me know I will switch to some other broker. This is pathetic support in this age. I don’t know whom to reach tonsolve this issue.

The kyc registration is showing again as on hold by dotex kra (it says document not uploaded), can i know how to solve this issue, how long will it take to solve it, its become a pain now,
