ticket ID - 9267160. BO ID get added in the trusted account section under 24 hours but Its been 2 months and upstox is not processing my request. I raised a query to sort this but not replying to my mail for this ticket ID.

This is a massive issue with Upstox to resolve any CDSL issues. None of the other brokers delay in approving counter BOID. My ticket no is 9344702. Hope my counter ID will be active so that I can transfer the shares ASAP.
