However, the core issue remains unresolved. My UCC is 2ECBMT.
The entire chain of charges and negative balance originated solely due to the unauthorized
deduction of maintenance charges. If this charge had not been wrongly debited, my account
would have remained in positive balance, and no liquidation or subsequent penalties would
have occurred.
Your team has acknowledged and reversed the AMC and QMC, which confirms that these
charges were not valid in the first place. Therefore, it is unjust to hold me responsible for the
consequences of those invalid deductions—specifically:
₹88.50 RMS Auto Square-off Charges
₹59 Confiscate Charges
The loss from forced share liquidation
The resulting negative balance in my account
Since these charges were a direct result of your platform’s wrongful deduction, I request the
following final actions:

Full reversal of all post-liquidation charges (Auto Square-off and Confiscate charges)

occur without prior communication.
This issue is not about a fee but about accountability and fairness. The deductions started with
