Hey @Ushnota , to my surprise, I have gotten a very distasteful reply to a genuine question of error but to be now confirmed as an arbitrary reply from the concerned person. I have given a detailed process to solve the grievance if original terms of contract won’t be honoured, hence going forward.. I hope you would look into the same and escalate if required for a righteous resolution. Thanks @Ushnota
Also just to add, I have taken a note of set precedence of similar case redressed by your help of JAYATEJA_1489489 who was onboarded with similar case of lifetime free amc and was given a quick redressal of reversal and acknowledgment of older account as per original t&c. I’m further aggrieved looking at the partial method of redressal deployed by customer care team as I have been sent cold emails of some updated charges but completely missed my point. I still believe that you have best interests of the older customers onboarded with upstox with long term holdings perspective and would initiate a rightful process ahead without any affect towards original terms.
