@Ushnota If i dont have cash margin but only SGBs which i will pledge for collateral margin and create a option buy position then how much interest would be charged in this scenario

If you don’t have cash margin and rely solely on SGBs pledged for collateral, here’s how it works:

  • Cash Margin: No interest is applied.
  • Non-Cash Equivalent Margin (like SGBs): If you don’t maintain a 50:50 cash-collateral ratio and carry forward your position, you will be charged an interest at 0.05% per day on the amount funded to meet this ratio.
