Displaying incorrect details in portfolio

I had transferred scrips from my Upstox account to another account. Even after the scrips got successfully credited to the other account, upstox still displays those scrips as if they are in my upstox account portfolio. But when I try to sell, it shows an error. I have been trying to get it rectified, with no luck .
