I had previously raised a ticket requesting to delink my secondary bank account from my Upstox account. However, I received a response stating that this action is not possible from your side.
Kindly confirm whether delinking or deactivation of a secondary bank account is indeed not allowed as per Upstox policy.

I checked your ticket. As I can see, the final resolution has already been given on the same ticket.
As informed, we are unable to process your request to de-link your IDBI BANK LTD, as an active mandate is currently approved with this bank. In order to complete the cancellation of your SIP mandate, you will need to contact your bank directly, as they will process the mandate cancellation.
