Changing of Primary bank account

Hi

I want to change my primary bank account from Indusind to Federal. But when I tried it, both the IMPS and UPI verifications failed. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix this?

When I uploaded the bank statement to do manual verification, the same was rejected saying that the document has been “tampered or invalid”. The statement was downloaded from bank app and it has the bank logo, but no stamp being a computer generated file. I also removed the password of the document and would that be the issue?

Any input will be helpful.

I was trying to change my primary bank account then the secondary Bank account asked me to change IFSC code, then I changed and it’s been a month and there is no reasonse and I’m not able to withdraw my money too
