Authenticator app TOTP is not accepting by upstox login process? Only 5 attempts left. Please enter a valid input. [1017124]. Then, I want to implement same to the API. Why TOTP is not accepted by Upstox. When I use scan from TOTP qr code from my account?

We support TOTP and OTP, both the flows in login via API. But mobile phone scan is not enabled for API login. Also, Upstox API does not support or recommend automating access token generation in light of SEBI and regulatory guidelines. You are required to log in manually once daily by adhering to the specified login procedures. So, you should avoid automating your login process.
Manual Login Via TOTP also not happening. I sent an email regarding that and asked to post question here to get instant reply. Unfortunately, my problem not solved from past 7 days.

The client Id associated with the shared phone number logged into the account on December 28th and 30th, 2024. Following this, the logs indicate that incorrect OTP/TOPT entries were made. Please double-check to ensure you are entering the correct TOPT.
Without proper checking, i donāt make posts. what is there in my mobile, is entered there. I will show what iam receiving and what I entire. How can you show proof?
I recommend resetting your TOTP and trying again. Sharing a short video of the login process could help us better understand and debug the issue.
