Upstox charges a brokerage fee of ₹10 per order for MCX options trading through algo. Accordingly, Upstox charged ₹10 per order as brokerage fee. But On 5th FEB Upstox charged ₹20 per order as brokerage. I am attaching screenshot as proof. Please resolve this issue promptly and arrange for a refund of my money. All trade was executed through api (Tradetron) and one trade is manual.
