MCX algo trading brokerage mismatch

According to customer support, Upstox charges a brokerage fee of ₹10 per order for MCX options trading through algo. Accordingly, Upstox charged ₹10 per order as brokerage fee on February 4th. However, yesterday, Upstox charged ₹20 per order as brokerage. I am attaching some screenshots as proof. Please resolve this issue promptly and arrange for a refund of my money.

Algo brokerage 20 or 10?

mam algo brokerage 20 or 10?

@Susmita_47795497 - It depends. If you’ve placed it from an individual account API, then it is ₹10. If you’ve placed it from a multi-client API, then it’s ₹20.

Multi client api means?

@Susmita_47795497 - Multi-client API means APIs that are used by third-party platforms/vendors (like Sensibull, Smallcase etc.) to serve multiple clients/users through a single integration.

I use only tradetron. Then why upstox charge 20 per order.

On February 5th, all the trades executed on Upstox were done through the Tradetron API. Only one trade was executed normally. But how can I prove this? I am seeking advice from experts.
