I’ve faced same issue and due to that I could not book orders in profit. And got huge loss.

I too faced the crunch of losses, since upstox is working hard and giving apis for free with zero brokerages, it’s hard to complain!

So you meant to say like by waiving off 40 Rs (brokerage) from trades, Upstox has right to give you loss of 1,00,000 or 1 Cr or even 100 Rs?. And one more thing this issue was not for API users only, it was general issue that affected every user. They should at least cancel that orders that has been placed between that issue. Even LTP was moving between trigger price and Limit price for 10 to 15 seconds but stoploss order didn’t executed.
