i had logged this complaint on 24.01.24, but yesterday only one gentleman Mr. Wasif Shaikh had called me and asked to resend the details, but today I receiving that the was soled, how this possible?

Yesterday I placed some orders and kept in open, then today immediately when the market opened I closed them exactly @ 9:15 AM (refer to the attached screenshots) through 2 basket orders, where my P& L was green and showing around Rs. 3L Profit,

It’s around 200 orders placed while trying to close the automatically opening positions, who will be responsible for the brokerage and other charges for those orders, where I called twice to customer support, 1ST time they confirmed the issue was resolved but again started and in the 2ND time only they had solved and they are helpless they are not providing any solutions just they said it is a “technical glitch” where i lost my money. This is something not at all acceptable.
Never expected this kind of poor and lazy support for customer support, complete nonsense… no meaning in contacting them,
In such a high-frequency money involved businesses, the customer support team should be enough efficient in handling the queries on time but they are helpless and powerless and they can only attend to the issues, which is really and very badly worried about “UPSTOX”
Kindly verify my order summary and how it is placed and refund the money that I am eligible to get on a war-foot basis.
