118rs charged from my account for AMC. I need refund

I noticed a charge of ₹118 as AMC on my account. While, I opened my account under the clear promise of a lifetime free plan with no AMC.

Based on this, I believe I should not have been charged under the new policy, as it goes against the terms under which I signed up.

I kindly request you to look into this and issue a refund for the AMC charged

.
