Why is upstox hurry in releasing new updates without testing the updates

I have been using upstox since 9 years now, and so far this is the best platform to work on , and rely on investing our hard earned money through upstox.
Have been using upstox when there was classic.upstox platform and it was ultimate software, but after that they introduced upstox.pro and now tv.upstox. Have been using all this platform, but have always noticed, that without being any flaw in previous update, why do upstox keep on releasing new updates, coz with every update there are hell lot of glitches and which doesn’t get resolved only, or take a long long time to get solved.
Have always experienced, that upstox team hurry up into releasing the update without thoroughly checking the robustness of the update, and in turn this causes inconvenience to the user. It takes time to get accustomed with the software, and once everything is in place, there is update which is not robust and have flaw, and all the effort of ours has gone into vain.
Recently Upstox cam with the update of syncing all the drawings on cloud across all the platform, forget about syncing on cloud, it isn’t getting saved only, you keep on making drawings and this keeps on getting disappear. Have raised this complaint since the update was rolled out, and its been more than a month, the team is still working on it.
What I mean here is, if the update is not in the position to perform at its best, then why hurry up into rolling out it and cause the inconvenience.
Like the above glitch, there are many more such glitch, which has been brought to attention of the devlopment team, and we jst get the assurance that it will be resolved asap, but sorry to say, its us who has to bear with our hard earned money which on stake.
I hope this mail reaches out to senior management, who do the needful, so that we can collectively help make this wonderful platform to be more robust and efficient .
I am again mentioning, this is the best and most relaible platform for happy investing.

Only one month and you are saying that they are not fixing your issue. One year ago, I have raised complaint for very serious issue which can be fixed in 1 line of code. They will need only one hour max to fix, test and deploy. Even in December I have explained it in google meet, I have sent them video also after recording bug. They have agreed this is very serious problem. And I am still waiting for them to fix it. Really they fix bugs very quicker than the updates they are releasing.

Same way, even I have raised the issue regarding sorting issue of watchlist in pro.upstox last year in September, and have given them clue as well that this problem has arise due to introduction of dynamic sorting option and introduction of new mobile app, where watchlist is not able to sync properly, and its been a year, and I am still required to explain them the whole issue and still no solution. Same lies with the alert symbol on chart which is blocking candle view and it doesn’t solve any purpose over there and infact can be placed on y axis aswell, but still no one is willing to solve it.
I also feel somewhere the team get so obsessed with the introduction of any feature, that they get so reluctant to remove that feature even if it is not performing as per requirement and in order to skip the topic they give lame excuse that it is designed this way and is working absolutely fine as per design.
