Urgent: No Response on Ticket Raised – Refund Not Credited for Kotak Silver ETF Transactions

Ticket # 9603822.

The above ticket was raised on 10th October 2025 at 15:29, but I haven’t received any response from the Upstox team yet.

I had applied for the Kotak Silver ETF Fund of Fund on 10th October 2025 with two transactions of ₹2,00,000 each (total ₹4,00,000). However, the amount is neither reflected in my Upstox account nor credited back to my Kotak Bank account.

Could you please confirm when the amount will be refunded to my Kotak Bank account? This is urgent as we require the funds for daily expenses.

@USHA_RANI_29153869 - Noted your Ticket ID. Will definitely check and get back to you, thanks.

Still I have not received any response .. is any one responsible for this or Just for a sake replying to the open form??

@USHA_RANI_29153869 - I’ll get back to you as soon as I have an update from the relevant team, thanks.

It has now been almost 3 working days since my funds transfer, and the amount is still not credited to my Upstox account. Despite raising a formal ticket, there has been absolutely no update or meaningful response from your support team. Is this your standard protocol—to hold on to the customer’s money and potentially reinvest it elsewhere, especially with Mutual Funds, while ignoring all accountability?

This is a gross violation of service standards and could be construed as unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter legally. I am already exploring alternative dispute resolution methods and intend to file an official complaint with the National Consumer Helpline as well as initiate proceedings via the E-Daakhil portal, in line with consumer protection regulations.

Others in the community, kindly advise on actionable legal steps or effective escalation methods to ensure such negligence is not repeated. My patience is exhausted, and unless there is a prompt redressal, I will move to the appropriate consumer commissions and insist on compensation for financial loss and harassment.
