Deposit from wrong bank account

I had wrongly deposited amount from my son’s account to Upstox bank account via IMPS. So as its unlinked bank account amount is not showing to my Upstox wallet. I had created ticket of 9275635 however after 48 hours no response received. Moreover, already 5 days left from deposit amount date. Kindly advice.
