Hello Upstox team,
I had opened my account under Lifetime free with no AMC charges. However I have seen one debit of approx Rs 88 and another negative balance of approx 264. I do not understand when I was enrolled under under no AMC program then why I have been charged this amount now. This is rather strange as we cannot go back on the initial assurance and commitment on AMC. I have no issue with brokerage charges as it is subject to revision but AMC charges aren’t.

@Ushnota Hello, My query has remained unanswered regarding the arbitrary deduction of AMC charges. I have seen that you have been asking for ticket no which is not required at all. If UPSTOX promises something then it needs to honour these contractual obligation rather than throwing every one with prolonged discussion without any resolution. If I was on boarded with lifetime AMC free plan, then why is UPSTOX balking away from meeting this requirement. This is can very easily be construed as cheating in disguise which should be desisted. Lifetime free means lifetime free. Does UPSTOX have any other understanding of what lifetime free means.
